Plan, schedule, and 追踪 your content 流水线 across every channel — without the spreadsheet chaos. This 技能 gives your 代理 a structured 系统 for managing content from idea to published, and flagging what's falling behind.
What This 技能 Does
Your 代理 will:
MAIntAIn a content 流水线 organized by stage (Idea → Draft → Review → Scheduled → Published) 追踪 publishing cadence per channel (newsletter, b记录, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Surface what needs attention — overdue pieces, gaps in the schedule, idle ideas Flag repurposing opportunities — where existing content can be adapted for new channels Provide a weekly content brief summarizing the next 7 days 设置up (5 Steps) Step 1: 创建 your content workspace
创建 a file called content/CALENDAR.md in your 代理 workspace. Paste this 启动er template:

Step 2: Define your channels
Edit the Publishing Cadence table above to match your actual channels. 移除 what you don't use. 添加 what's missing. Be honest about cadence — if you rea列出ically post once a week, put that.
Step 3: Tell your 代理 about content types
添加 a note at the top of CALENDAR.md 列出ing your content types and typical word counts or 格式化s:
Content Types
- Newsletter — ~800 words, personal tone, one mAIn idea + links
- B记录 Post — 1,200–2,000 words, SEO-focused, structured headers
- LinkedIn Post — 150–300 words, story 格式化, one insight
- X Thread — 5–10 tweets, hook + value + CTA
- YouTube Script — 800–1,500 words, conversational
Step 4: 创建 the content folder structure content/ ├── CALENDAR.md ← 流水线 overview (this file) ├── ideas/ ← rough idea notes ├── drafts/ ← in-进度 pieces ├── published/ ← 归档 of completed work └── repurpose/ ← repurposing 队列
Your 代理 will reference this structure when looking for content to work on.
Step 5: Activate the 技能
Tell your 代理:
"Read the content-calendar 技能 and 设置 up my content 系统. Use the files in content/."
Or trigger it via heartbeat by 添加ing to HEARTBEAT.md:

Each piece of content moves through these stages:

When asked for a content brief, your 代理 will produce:

Repurposing 追踪er
Good content does more than one job. Tell your 代理 to 检查 for repurposing opportunities by looking at anything published in the last 60 days:
Common repurposing patterns:
