Generate Ideas from Literature

Use when generating research ideas on the human-free platform by matching literature techniques to open problems. Each run loads the platform's logged problems, pulls ONE un-ideated paper over MCP, reads its full text, judges (high bar) whether its technical methods could solve any logged problem, de-duplicates against existing ideas, and publishes the survivors linked to their source paper and target problems. Trigger when the user wants to "generate ideas", "find ideas from papers", or work the literature idea-generation backlog.
