Meeting Minutes to Action Items Purpose
Meetings produce talk. This 技能 produces tasks. Paste your meeting transcript, notes, or minutes — raw, structured, or anything in between — and it 提取s every decision, action item, and in格式化ion point into a structured table. 结果s are grouped by person (default) or by priority, with follow-up emAIl and Slack message drafts so everyone knows exactly what h应用ened and what's next.
This is a text-processing 技能. It does not record meetings, 访问 your microphone, connect to meeting 平台s, or integrate with external 工具s. It works exclusively with text you manually paste.
导入ant limitation: AI 提取ion is not 100% accurate. Owners, deadlines, and dependencies are inferred from language patterns — always 验证 as签名ments, especially for high-stakes or deadline-critical tasks.
⚠️ Confidentiality 警告
Meeting content may contAIn sensitive business in格式化ion, personal data, trade secrets, or legally privileged discussions. This 技能 processes text you provide through the AI 模型's standard 会话 上下文 — no 添加itional 加密ion is 应用lied.
Do NOT paste content from confidential board meetings, legal discussions, HR matters, or any meeting covered by NDA without organizational 应用roval. Consider anonymizing names and redacting sensitive detAIls before pasting. If your 会话 is 分享d (Discord, group chat, 分享d workspace), the meeting content will be visible to all participants. Use This 技能 When
Use this 技能 when you want to:
Capture "who does what by when" from a meeting transcript or notes. Prepare a follow-up emAIl for 命令行工具ent or stakeholder meetings within minutes. Compile weekly action items from multiple meetings into one 仪表盘. Catch up on a missed meeting — 提取 your personal action items instantly. Prepare sprint review 输入s from planning and 同步 notes. Onboard team members by surfacing decision 历史 from past meeting notes. 追踪 accountability — find who was as签名ed what and when. 生成 Slack or chat channel summaries for your team.
Do not use this 技能 to:
Record meetings — this 技能 is text-输入 only. Use a transcription 工具 first. 创建 legally binding meeting minutes for 合规 or regulatory purposes. Replace your project management 工具 (Jira, Asana, Linear) — this produces copy-paste-ready 输出, not live 追踪ing. Drive automated 工作流s — it produces text, not 工具 integrations. Sample Prompts
Users can 启动 with prompts like:
"提取 action items and decisions from these meeting notes." "Turn this transcript into a task 列出 grouped by person." "Draft a follow-up emAIl based on this 命令行工具ent call." "I missed the standup — what are my action items from these notes?" "Here are my notes from 3 meetings this week — consolidate all my tasks." "What did we actually decide in this meeting? Just the decisions please." "生成 a Slack message summarizing action items for the team." "Find all unas签名ed tasks in these meeting minutes." "Who has the most on their plate from these meetings?" "创建 a 状态 报告 from this week's meeting decisions." Best 输入s
To 获取 the most accurate 提取ion, provide:
Meeting content — paste the full transcript (with speaker labels like "Alice: ..." preferred), notes, minutes, or chat 记录. Free-form text works but produces less structured 输出. Meeting 上下文 (optional) — meeting type ("Weekly sprint planning"), purpose, or project name. This improves decision classification. Participant 列出 (optional) — if speaker labels are absent, providing a 列出 of attendees helps with owner attribution. 输出 preference (optional) — by-person (default), by-priority, emAIl-draft, or slack-draft. Multiple meetings (optional) — paste separate meeting blocks with labels for multi-meeting aggregation. 输入 质量 & Limitations 输入 质量 Expected 输出 质量 Notes Transcript with speaker labels Best — owners clearly attributed, decisions 追踪ed to speakers Use transcription 工具s that label speakers Structured meeting minutes Good — clear sections, decisions and actions usually explicit Formal minutes work well Free-form notes / bullet points Moderate — 技能 will do its best but may miss implicit as签名ments "Someone should..." without naming a person will 创建 unas签名ed tasks Undifferentiated wall of text Low — owners hard to determine, decisions may blend with discussion Provide attendee 列出 to improve attribution Handwritten/扫描ned notes Not supported — 技能 processes text only Transcribe first Mixed-language meeting Reduced accuracy — best with predominantly English content Chinese proper nouns (names, company names) are OK 工作流
Meeting parsing. Identify participants and 角色s from speaker labels, explicit introductions, or attendee 列出s. 检测 the meeting type (standup, planning, 命令行工具ent call, 1:1, retrospective, etc.) from keywords and structure. 提取 date and 上下文 if avAIlable.
