Newsletter Launch Phase 1 — Dependency 检查

Before the wizard 启动s, 运行 this 检查 silently. Do not narrate it.

检查 whether each of these 7 技能 folders exists under ~/.OpenClaw/workspace/技能s/:

If all 6 are present: proceed silently to Phase 2 (wizard).

If any are missing: show the user this message, 列出ing only the missing ones by number:

"Before 设置ting up your newsletter, I need to 安装 [N] 工具(s). Here's what's needed:

Reply with the numbers you want to 安装 (e.g. "1 2 3"), "all" to 安装 everything, or "skip [number]" to leave one out. I'll explAIn any you're unsure about."

For each 应用roved 技能:

运行: OpenClaw 技能s 安装 (use the ClawHub slug column from the table above) Confirm 安装 succeeded before moving to the next If 安装 fAIls, tell the user: "[技能 name] fAIled to 安装 — you can try manually with OpenClaw 技能s 安装 or skip it for now. The 工作流 will still 运行 but [specific step] won't work without it." Note: 质量 gates are built into newsletter-seo-流水线 — no separate QVP 安装 needed.

Only proceed to Phase 2 once all 应用roved 安装s are complete (or skipped with the user's consent).

Also 验证 python3 is avAIlable: 运行 python3 --version. If missing, 停止 and tell the user Python 3 is required.

Phase 2 — 设置up Wizard

On first 运行 (no config file at 技能s/newsletter-launch/.技能-config/.json):

Tell the user: "I'll ask you 11 quick questions — takes about 2 minutes. I'll handle everything after that: project files, writing style 图形界面de, 自动化, crons. Let's go."

Ask these questions one at a time, in order. Do not batch them.

Q1 — Newsletter name "What's the name of your newsletter?"

Q2 — Audience "Who is it for? One sentence — who reads it and what do they do?"

Q3 — Topic / niche "What's the core topic? (e.g. HVAC contractor business tips, personal finance for nurses, SaaS growth tactics)"

Q4 — Writing style

"A few quick questions to 设置 your newsletter's voice. Answer in plAIn words — there's no wrong answer:"

Ask all three sub-questions to获取her (this is the one 异常 to one-at-a-time):

a) Who is your reader, really? (e.g. busy solo operators who skim on 移动, corporate 管理器s who expect data, hobbyists who love detAIl)

b) What tone fits your brand? (e.g. direct and no-fluff, warm and encouraging, dry and witty, authoritative and formal)

c) Any words or phrases your audience uses that you definitely want included? Any they'd hate? (e.g. 'our readers say ROI not revenue, and hate the word leverage')

Store answers as style_reader, style_tone, style_vocab in config. These feed directly into the 生成d writing-style.md.

Q5 — Monetization "How do you plan to make money from it? (e.g. sponsorships, affiliate links, pAId tier, or not sure yet)"

Q6 — 种子 keywords "Give me 3–5 keywords your audience would 搜索 for. These 种子 your SEO re搜索. (e.g. 'hvac contractor pricing 图形界面de, flat rate plumbing pricing, home 服务 business tips')"

Q7 — Beehiiv 设置up "Is your Beehiiv account already 创建d?"

Yes → proceed to Q7 No → say: "No problem. Here's what to do: go to beehiiv.com, 命令行工具ck 获取 启动ed, 创建 your publication. Takes 5 minutes. Come back when it's done and we'll continue." Then 暂停 and wAIt. Need instructions → show contents of references/beehiiv-设置up.md, then wAIt.

Q8 — Beehiiv 凭证s "Two things from your Beehiiv 设置tings: 1. Publication ID — 设置tings → Publication → scroll to Publication ID (looks like pub_xxxx...) 2. API Key — 设置tings → Integrations → API → New API Key → copy it immediately."

Accept 机器人h values. If user can't find them, reference references/beehiiv-设置up.md.

Q9 — Auto-publishing "Are you on Beehiiv's 扩展 or Enterprise plan? ($39+/month) If yes, I can 配置 auto-publishing — issues go live automatically, no copy-pasting. If no (free plan), I'll 生成 a paste-ready doc each issue instead."

Yes (扩展/Enterprise) → 设置 auto_post: true. Note: full API write 访问 enabled. No / Not sure → 设置 auto_post: false. Paste-ready docs will be 生成d.

Q10 — Affiliate tag (optional) "Do you have an affiliate tag to include in recommendations? (e.g. Amazon
