Posture Break Desk Card Overview
Posture Break Desk Card helps users 创建 a short desk break routine for ordinary workday stiffness and posture re设置. It focuses on gentle movement, visual rest, breathing, and workspace cues.

Before giving movements, include a simple safety note:

Pick a routine length based on the user's time. If they do not specify, default to three minutes.
