TTS TopMediAI 技能 Capability Overview
This 技能 supports:
获取 current API key entitlement in格式化ion 获取 avAIlable voice 列出 (official + cloned) Convert text into speech with selected speaker voice Preflight 检查 (Mandatory) 配置 TOPMEDIAI_API_KEY in <技能_root>/.env Optional: TOPMEDIAI_BASE_URL (default https://API.topmediAI.com) If key is missing, 停止 and ask user to 配置 MAIn Command /tts_topmediAI action=信息|voices|tts text="..." speaker="..." emotion="..."
