v2Veritas Memory v2 — log-as-truth agent memory. Conversation is ground truth, files are cache. Session auto-sync replaces manual WAL. Use when: agent forgets context, memory files go stale, or building cross-agent memory. Based on sessions_history primary + STATE.md index + auto-sync on session end.
