前置配置：获取 API Key
- 前往 极速数据官网 注册账号
- 进入 VIN 识别 API 页面，点击「申请数据」
- 在会员中心获取 AppKey

也可以使用/file字段传本地路径，脚本会自动读取并转为 base64。
