Reads Outline from vn-outline, transforms structured beats into visceral in-character prose using strict POV filtering, sensory vocabulary from vn-lexicon, and living world detail from vn-lorefilter. Renders flesh, fluids, sounds, and fragments of consciousness without omniscient narration.
